If a product isn't right for you, contact us and we'll work out the best solution. Most unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return. Hygiene-sensitive items such as continence products and wound dressings may have limited return options due to health and safety requirements.

Most orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Delivery timeframes from there depend on your location across Australia, with metropolitan areas generally receiving orders faster than regional or rural destinations.
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Yes. For customers in Victoria, we offer in-home trials and showroom trials for selected products, particularly mobility aids, lift chairs, and larger equipment. It means you can try before you commit, which makes a real difference when you're buying for someone with specific mobility or comfort needs.

What's in this range
Oxygen Tanks
Store a fixed supply of compressed oxygen that's ready to go straight away. Best for backup supply, travel, or anyone who needs oxygen only occasionally rather than around the clock.
Oxygen Concentrators
Pull in ordinary room air and filter out everything except oxygen, so they never run dry the way a tank does. Best for people needing daily oxygen therapy at home, since there's no cylinder to refill or replace.
Oxygen Masks
Fit over the nose and mouth to deliver oxygen directly and comfortably, with a seal that keeps flow consistent. Best for anyone needing a higher, steady flow of oxygen, or who finds nasal tubing alone isn't quite enough.
Oxygen Tubing
Connects the person to their oxygen source, whether that's a tank or a concentrator. Best chosen based on the length of room you need to move around in; longer tubing means more freedom to get up and about at home.
Oxygen Trolleys

Funding and support options
A lot of our customers are able to get some or all of the cost of their oxygen and breathing equipment covered, so it's worth checking what you're eligible for before you buy.
- NDIS - If oxygen or breathing equipment is included in your NDIS plan as a piece of assistive technology, we can supply against your plan. Self managed and plan managed participants are both welcome to order directly, and we can provide the documentation your plan manager needs.
- DVA - We supply eligible DVA cardholders under their scheme entitlements. If you hold a Gold or White Card and your prescriber has recommended oxygen therapy, get in touch and we'll talk you through what's covered.
- My Aged Care - If you're accessing services through a Home Care Package or similar My Aged Care funding, we can work with you or your care coordinator to supply equipment under your package.
- Private health insurance - Some private health funds offer rebates on respiratory equipment. Check with your provider directly, as coverage varies fund to fund, but we're happy to provide the invoices and documentation you'll need to claim.
Supplying facilities and healthcare providers
If you're ordering on behalf of a facility, clinic, or care organisation, we can support bulk orders, recurring supply arrangements, and account based purchasing.
