Platinum Health Supply Named Preferred Distributor for Industree Group's Trident® Respirators

Platinum Health Supply is a trusted, authorised distribution partner for Industree Group's Trident® P2 respirator range.

That status is now backed by fresh weight: Industree Group has been awarded onto major PPE tenders with NSW Health, HealthShare Victoria, and TAS Health, confirming Trident® respirators as an approved supply option for public health procurement across three states, and Platinum Health Supply as the authorised channel Australian care providers can order them through.

What Industree's Contract Wins Mean for Platinum Health Supply Customers

Industree Group has been awarded onto three major PPE tenders and panels:

1. HSSP_HC25_C803, NSW Health, Clinical Protective Apparel

Managed by HealthShare NSW, this is a Request for Tender covering the full range of clinical protective apparel used across the NSW public health system, gloves, gowns, aprons, respirators, surgical masks, eyewear, and related PPE. Suppliers competed for a place on this panel by demonstrating their products meet the required Australian Standards and can be supplied reliably at scale across the state.

2. HPVC2024-194, HealthShare Victoria, Personal Protective Equipment

This is HealthShare Victoria's new, consolidated PPE contract, covering drapes, clinical protective apparel, examination and surgical gloves, and hand hygiene products for every public hospital and health service in Victoria. It replaces three separate legacy contracts and runs for an initial five-year term, with two optional two-year extensions. Being awarded onto it means Trident® respirators are now an approved product for the entire Victorian public hospital system, not just one facility or one region.

3. DOH-6049, TAS Health

DOH is Tasmania's Department of Health, and this is one of its numbered supply contracts, the Tasmanian equivalent of the NSW and Victorian panels above, confirming Trident® respirators as an approved option for Tasmania's public health services.

State and territory health departments don't add a product to these panels lightly.

Getting onto one requires passing a formal evaluation against Australian Standards, safety data, and supply reliability, assessed by the health system itself, not just the manufacturer's own claims. Industree Group has now cleared that bar in three separate states.

For a care provider, that means the Trident® respirators available through Platinum Health Supply carry the same level of scrutiny a hospital procurement team would apply, without your facility having to run that evaluation yourselves.

Platinum Health Supply has long carried the Trident® range as an authorised distributor, giving our existing customer base, over 120,000 aged care facilities, hospitals, NDIS providers, and schools across Australia, ordering access to the full Trident® P2 range, alongside the PPE, infection control, wound care, and continence supplies we already carry. These contract wins reinforce that standing, and confirm Trident® respirators as an approved option for facilities now sourcing under these panels.

For care providers already using Platinum Health Supply, nothing changes about how you order. Trident® respirators remain part of the range, on the same account, through the same team.

About the Trident® P2 Respirator Range

Trident® respirators were developed by Industree Group during the COVID-19 pandemic, in response to Australia's reliance on international PPE supply chains. In an independent study conducted by the University of Melbourne, the Trident® P2 respirator achieved a 99.2 per cent overall quantitative fit test pass rate across 500 participants, a result Industree attributes to the product's three-panel flat-fold design.

The range is available in five sizes, extra small through extra extra large, each with an aluminium or metal nose clip, Level 3 MRI compatibility, and a latex-free build. Industree Group also offers up to five years' shelf life from the date of manufacture on the range.

All five variants are certified to AS 4381:2015 Level 3, with a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency greater than 99 per cent and fluid resistance to 160mmHg. Each is latex-free, individually batch-numbered, and packed 20 to a box, 24 boxes to a carton. The difference between them is fit, so here's how to choose the right one:

Why Platinum Health Supply

Platinum Health Supply is the supply partner aged care facilities, hospitals, NDIS providers, and schools across Australia call on when they can't afford a gap. We're Australian owned and operated, and when the standard process won't work, we find a way, or we make one. That's what it means to have a supply partner who actually shows up, so care providers can focus on what matters most: delivering quality care.

The Trident® range sits alongside what we already offer in PPE and infection control, wound care, and continence, meaning care providers can consolidate their compliance-grade purchasing under one supplier and one account, backed by Industree Group's latest contract wins.
