How to Use
- Load: While seated, slide the sock or stocking over the plastic gutter so the heel sits at the back and the toe is at the end.
- Lower: Holding the cotton tapes, drop the aid to the floor in front of your foot.
- Insert: Slide your foot into the gutter, as far as the toe of the sock.
- Pull: Pull the tapes towards you so the sock draws up over your foot and the gutter slides free.
- Adjust: Straighten the sock and repeat on the other foot.
