How to Use
- Prepare: Select a clean, dry pair of underwear suitable for pads.
- Unwrap: Remove the pad from its packaging and peel off the backing to expose the adhesive.
- Apply: Position the pad adhesive‑side down in the centre of the underwear, with the longer end towards the back.
- Secure: Gently press the pad in place to ensure it adheres securely.
- Change regularly: Replace pad when soiled or wet to maintain hygiene and skin health.
- Dispose: Wrap and discard used pads in general waste. Do not flush.
